Odom for Marion

This would be a nice trade for the Lakers; Marion does a little of everything. The Lakers could have a solid line-up especially if Bynum continues to grow and plays a solid 30-35 minutes. With Marion in the line up, we would have:

PG: Derek Fischer / Jordan Farmer
SG: Kobe Bryant
SF: Shawn Marion
PF: Radmonovic/Cook
C: Bynum

The 3 point shooting PF's will open up the floor for Bryant and Marion. Now imagine if the Lakers had traded Bynum for Jason Kidd in addition to Odom for Marion; we would have:

PG: Jason Kidd
SG: Kobe Bryant
SF: Shawn Marion
PF: Radmonovic/Cook
C: Brown/Mihm

Yes a little weak in the back court, but that would be the best front line in the NBA; it would rival Garnett, Allan, & Pierce. Even without Kidd, I hope the Lakers' executives trade for Marion. If not to improve the team; do it for the fans.

It would be more exciting. We need something fresh. Lakers are getting boring and there hasn't been any action in the off season. Time to make a move

The strongest frontcourt in the league? Methinks that you have the definitions of frontcourt and backcourt mixed up.
